- Cancellations not later than 24 hours before the arrival date are free of charge. If previously paid, refund will be made to the credit card.
- If the service is marked as non-cancelable or non-refundable, a 100% charge applies regardless of the date you request cancellation.
- Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the date of service, or not presented (no show) get no refund. 100% charge.
To cancel a reservation send your cancellation request by e-mail to email@example.com providing the information below:
- Booking number
- Name and surname
- Mail adress that you did the reservation
Your request will be processed and, if you comply with the cancellation policies of the service you have reserved, we will refund the corresponding amount to your credit card
