WHAT HAPPENDS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
Don’t worry, at BMD we will check the arrival time of your flight and our driver will wait up to 90 minutes after your flight lands.
¿What happens if I miss my connection flight and I do not arrive on the scheduled flight?
You should inform us of your new arrival flight before the initial flight lands, in order to change the service, otherwise the service would be considered as “no show” and no refunds are applied.
HOW MANY SUITCASES OR BAGS CAN I CARRY?
At BMD we have in general no luggage limit, but you should inform us about the number of suitcases and / or bags when you make your reservation.
How will I recognize the driver?
Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport / station / hotel reception with your name on a sign.
Do I share my ride with other passengers?
Absolutely not. Your service will be exclusive and private.
What are the methods of payment?
You can pay with credit card, bank transfer or pay pal.
Can I modify a service?
When you make the reservation you will receive an email with a confirmation number and password, with that number you can modify the service from the user panel whenever you need it without any cost.
Can I cancel a service?
When you make the reservation you will receive an email with a confirmation number. With that number you can cancel the service from the user panel up to 24 hours in advance without cancellation fees.
Is the price of the service per vehicle or per person?
All prices are per vehicle and not per person.
Can I book a service with less than 12 hours in advance?
Of course you can, but you should call our reservation center: 900 902 708
